1)  I don't like using a credit card over the internet.  How else can I pay for my purchase?

  Call us at (970) 586-2138 between 9:30 and 5:00 MST Monday thru Saturday, and we will take your order over the phone.  Or, you can go to our Order Form Page, fill it out, and email it or mail it with a check or money order.  Orders paid for by check will not be shipped until the check has cleared.

 2)  When the jewelry is described as a set, are the earrings included with the necklace at no extra charge?

Yes, if a necklace and earrings are shown in the picture, the price includes both.

3)  Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied with the color or style?

Yes, you may mail the merchandise back to us in its original packaging within 15 days following receipt.  We will credit your card for the amount of the purchase, less shipping charges.

4)  What is rhodium?

Rhodium plating is a metal derivative of platinum, and it does not tarnish.

5)  What is Swarovski crystal?

Swarovski crystal, from Austria, is a very high quality crystal with clear cut facets and outstanding color.
